I participated in a Dr. Who / Jelly Baby swap over on Ravelry - and this is the fantastic, stupendous, jaw dropping package I got in the mail yesterday...

...3 packages of jelly babies, 4 bars of tasty, tasty chocolate, two recycled notebooks (i love notebooks), brittany knitting needles, and the most amazing yarns! the blue one is called bad wolf !! (ok, so i'm letting my inner fan girl out a little bit here...). I love everything in this box, seriously. I only wish I didn't have a fellowship proposal to work on right now ("please, give me money...i'll do cool science, i promise!")...otherwise I'd be spending hours on Ravelry looking for the perfect pattern for my new yummy yarns (while eating jelly babies, of course!)
In other "news" - here are 3 completed squares for a charity afghan (also organized by the Dr. Who group on Ravelry) the afghan, once assembled, will be auctioned off to raise money for Doctors without Borders). These squares are quick to knit, but I've been slow lately...
